Story of The Day-Love And Sacrifice
Once upon a time, there lived a blind girl, in a small town in Japan, who hated herself purely because of the sad fact that she was blind. Not only this, she disliked everyone else because she always felt that all sympathized her and this had surrounded her with negativity. The only person whom she didn’t hate was her very beloved boyfriend, as he was always there for her and never sympathized with her. Instead he always motivated her and made her strong.

It was Valentine’s Day. They both were spending time together in a garden when, the girl became quite sad and mentioned that she had decided that she would marry him only if she could see. Actually, c she wanted her eyesight back. One day, her boyfriend came to her to inform her that he had found an eyes donator for her. She was really happy and they both went to the hospital for her eye surgery. Fortunately, the operation was successful and she could see again. At first, she wanted to see her beloved boyfriend. When she came in front of her. She was astonished to see that he was blind. She was really shocked and became extremely ad. The boy was really happy to for his darling, as she could see now. She hugged her tightly, by finding her in the darkness and slowly planted a kiss on her forehead.
The girl moved him aside and was rude enough to declare that she would not marry him as he was blind. Hearing this the boy was very startled. He could not believe that the love of his life had become so selfish and ditched him. He became crest-fallen and felt like crying. He agreed to her words and walked away silently without even questioning her. After a few days, the girl received a box of chocolate and a letter at her home. She opened up it to read that
“JUST TAKE CARE OF MY EYES DEAR.”- your Ex- boyfriend
Moral of the story: Always remember that two things define you: your patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything. when our circumstances change, so does our mind, which should not. We should always stay humble to others and never change our attitude. Remember, if your ego is more precious to you then you are sure to lose many precious people from your life. So, learn to value people, especially the person who love and care for you. In the above story, the boyfriend who had always supported the girl and loved her even though she was blind, was ditched by her because he had become blind. If she valued him then, today neither did he get hurt nor did she loose a loved one. Some people might not be able to see and comprehend the way things were before, and might not have the capability to appreciate them. But they surely need to learn. It’s better to stay humble even when you have what you wished for.
