Once upon a time, a group of frogs were travelling in a jungle. They were all excited to go to an exhibition. A competition was being conducted there. The task was to climb up a pole which is literally very high at least as for the frogs. Though the task was so difficult two frogs among them came forward to participate in the contest. The host even appreciated their will and courage. The game started and both of them started trying to climb up the pole. The frogs tried their best to climb up the pole for a little distance. But after some time, the other frogs who were watching the contest started shouting that the pole is too high and none of them can succeed in the game. Hearing this, one of the frog got demotivated and it thought of climbing down. It thought that the other frogs were right and as the pole is high, it is impossible for a frog to win in such a game. But the other frog kept on jumping high. Though it stepped back a few times, it didn’t lose hope and kept on trying. It didn’t even get demotivated listening to the other frogs. And finally it reached the top of the pole.

Everyone got amazed with its win. After getting down the pole, the other frogs started asking the winner that, ”Didn’t you hear us asking you to get down as the pole is too high to reach?”. Then the frog explained them that she is unable to understand what they are all speaking about as it is deaf. It also thanked others for supporting and encouraging it to win the contest. Then the frogs understood that frog was deaf and it thought that all of them were cheering her to go up. It was awarded a prize for its strength both physically and mentally.
Moral: It’s your life and don’t let others interfere at least don’t let them discourage you. Fulfil your dreams with confidence. Having positive minded people around you is also a very important thing. The motivation they give can fill a lot of faith in you. This boosts your confidence and makes you even more powerful. As in the story, the other frogs didn’t want to encourage the frogs. And one of the competitors, gave up the game hearing the discouragement given by them. When you stop hearing and thinking about the words that pull you down or stop you from fulfilling your dream, you will definitely win as there will be only one force and that too in the direction of winning. This is perfectly elucidated in the above story. So, the moral that should be understood from this motivational story is to be confident and just don’t hear all the demotivating words spoke by people. Your life should be in your hands and your winning should be the consequence of your own deeds and your losing shouldn’t be the consequence of other’s words.
